Description
The Agilent 59864B ion gauge controller (IGC) measures pressures from less than 2 x 10-6 Torr to 5 x 10-2 Torr, air equivalent, using a miniature triode style ionization gauge with pressure readout via a front panel display. The 59864B IGC will operate over a line voltage range of 100 Vac +/- 10, 47-63 Hz.
