Cole-Parmer Digi-Sense 2186-20A Temperature Controller

The Cole-Parmer Digi-Sense temperature controller features direct plug-in of heating devices. Multiple control modes from simple on/off control to sophisticated autotuning PID control.

Easy to use - Plain English menus with two-line display simultaneously show measured value and set point. Temperature scale is selectable to read in °C, °F, K (Kelvin), and °R (Rankine).

Non-volatile EEPROM memory stores set-up and operating parameters - saves parameters even during power loss. Front-panel LEDs indicate output and alarm conditions. Sensor-calibrate function corrects for probe error.

Easy to connect - Controller has a convenient output receptacle for direct plug-in of heaters and other devices. All models accept eight thermocouple types (advanced models also accept RTDs and YSI thermistor probes): Probe is not included.

Types J, K, T, E, N: ±0.1% reading and ±0.7⁰F (0.4⁰C) above -248⁰F (-100⁰C); ±0.1% reading and ±2⁰F (1⁰C) below -248⁰F (-100⁰C)

Types B, R, S: ±0.1% reading and ±1.8⁰F (1⁰)

Temperature range: 0 to 850⁰C

Resolution: 0.1°

Accuracy: 1° above 999.9° and below -99.9°
