Heat-Systems Ultrasonics Model C3 Converter Probe with Accessories

The Heat-Systems Ultrasonics model C3 ultrasonic converter (transducer) provides enhanced cell disruption using efficient sonication technology for precise sample preparation. It is designed to be used with vintage 20 kHz power supplies, specifically the Heat-Systems W-225 or W-375 Sonicator (NOT included). Piezoelectric crystals inside the C3 expand and contract when energized, creating the ultrasonic vibrations that are then transmitted down through an attached probe or horn into your liquid sample. It connects to standard Heat-Systems/Misonix 1/2" or 1/4" disruptor horns and tips. This 20kHz converter includes all pieces seen in photos, including 1/2" tapped disrupter horns, HSU200909 extension horns and one HSU419 1/8" standard tapered microtip probe for small-batch medium/high concentration processing volumes ranging from 0.5 mL to 15 mL.

Without the Sonicator, we are unable to test the C3 converter and accessories, therefore all is being sold AS-IS - price has been reduced accordingly.
