High-Speed Fixed-Angle Centrifuge Rotor - 16 x 50mL

This rotor APPEARS to be similar to a Beckman model JA-14.50, but we cannot confirm. This rotor comes as seen in the photos.

The JA-14.50 (6 x 50 mL) high-capacity fixed angle rotor allows spinning 50 mL conical (without the need of adapters), 15 mL conical, 15 mL round and 5 mL conical tubes with use of proper adapters (not included) at a 35-degree angle.

• Maximum RCF: 35,000 x g
• Maximum rotor capacity: 800mL

The JA-14.50 rotor with dual-locking lid was tested to demonstrate containment of microbiological aerosols under normal operating conditions of the associated Beckman Coulter centrifuge, when used and maintained as instructed. The rotor is also available with a single-locking lid. Lid is not included.

Used in Beckman Coulter Avanti J series centrifuges, the JA-14.50 rotor develops centrifugal forces that can efficiently pellet cells, bacteria, and food products; separate proteins, viruses, and subcellular fractions, and do phase separation and binding studies.
