Description
The Hewlett Packard 59822B Ionization Gauge Controller (IGC) is used to determine MSD vacuum at pressures from less than 2 x 10-6 Torr to 5 x 10-2 Torr, air equivalent, using a miniature triode style ionization gauge (not included) with pressure readout via a front panel display.
