Applied Biosystems MDS Sciex API 3000 LC/MS/MS Spectrometer

This API 3000 system was removed from a working lab and is functional but it is being sold AS-IS working, as we are unable to fully test it. The Turbo Ion Spray source (P/N 019296) is not functioning properly (temperature of the desolvation chamber does not get hot enough).

The MDS Sciex API 3000 LC/MS/MS spectrometer system is an enhanced high performance triple quadruple mass spectrometer that offers high sensitivity and performance during operation of all MS modes. This makes the 3000 LC/MS/MS System ideal for a variety of applications involving protein and peptide analysis, small molecule analysis in drug metabolism and pharmacokinetic studies. Additionally, the 3000 LC/MS/MS System offers a Mass range of 30 to 3,000 Daltons with a Mass accuracy of 0.01%.

This API 3000 system includes all seen in the photos, including a new spare curtain plate. The installed TW250S turbomolecular drag pump has already been reconditioned and includes a TD400 frequency converter.
