Description
This Hamamatsu L4640 Xenon flash lamp was intended for use with a Varian Prostar 320 UV-visible detector. It may be compatible with other instruments as well.
Hamamatsu 10W HQ (high quality) xenon flash lamp is compact with high stability at a reasonable price. The lamp outer diameter is 20 mm which is the smallest size Hamamatsu xenon flash lamp. Xenon flash lamps are pulsed light sources that emit light with an instantaneously high peak output. The emitted light is a continuous spectrum spanning from the UV to the infrared region.
