AI CF1100 Compact Muffle Furnace (0.03 Cu-Ft)

The CF1100 4"x 4"x 4" compact muffle furnace with 30-segment programmable controller is great for small sample heating in research or dental labs. They can also be easily placed inside a glove box or fume hood, if desired.

Features include:

• Chamber built with high quality Mitsubishi (Japan) alumina ceramic.
• Water, soil, ceramic, metal, alloy, plastic and battery electrolyte analysis, heat treatment and innovation. Heating from 3 sides and single housing.
• Excellent outgassing thanks to the exhaust air outlet on the head of chamber, i.e plastic polymer
• Universal use for metal and ceramic heat treatment including annealing, sintering, melting, combustion, ashing and densification.

Temperature range is ambient to 1050°C

Maximum constant working temperature is 950°C

Maximum heating rate is 30°C / min

Chamber usable space: 4"W x 3.75"D x 3.25″H (with cushion block)
