Agilent AX-65 (G1099-80500) Diffusion Pump with Convectron Gauge

The Agilent AX-65 oil diffusion pump is the smallest diffusion pump available in the market and the only pump that is air-cooled. Its vertical finned boiler and high power provide stable pumping and high helium pumping speed. The pump includes a fluid-level sight glass that indicates the fluid level at all times. This pump is also fitted with a Convectron gauge assembly.

The Convectron gauge is a widely used, high-accuracy, convection-enhanced Pirani vacuum gauge that measures pressure from atmosphere down to  Torr. It operates based on heat loss from a sensor wire, utilizing both conduction and convection for rapid, reliable pressure monitoring in roughing and foreline applications.
