BioRad 483 Gel Slab Dryer

The BioRad 483 slab dryer produces perfectly flat, dried gels with a smooth glossy surface and provide excellent preservation of high resolution gels. Multiple small format gels can be dried at the same time. Timer with status light; 60°C or 80°C Select. The timer controls temperature up to 5 hours. The high capacity 483 produces perfectly flat, dried gels with a smooth glossy surface, and provide excellent preservation of high resolution gels for such applications as SDS-PAGE, 2-DE, DNA sequencing and IEF.

Vacuum source: User must provide source of 25" Hg

Gel support plate: Porous polypropylene, 100 to 250 um pore size
