The Waters RXN 1000 reaction coil is designed for liquid chromatography applications where on-line chemical modification or derivatization of analytes is required. The RXN 1000 coil has several unique features which make it ideal for post-column reaction systems, such as an inert fluid path compatible with most solvents and reagents (even at elevated temperatures) and a proprietary knitted open tube design with minimal band-spreading to maintain analytical resolution from high-performance columns. • Coil: 0.018 inch ID polytetrafluoroethylene tubing knitted in a proprietary manner
• Fittings: 1/16” compression screws and ferrules made of PEEK
