SCP EasyPrep SH Liquid Handling System

This SCP EasyPREP SH system is in good working order and comes with all of the accessories and spares seen in photos, including the USB thumb drives with software. Contents of the thumb drives are shown in the photos. There is minor cosmetic damage but function is not affected.

The SCP EasyPREP Sample Handler is an automated liquid handling system designed to process samples before and after digestion. It automates repetitive tasks such as reagent dispensing, sample dilutions, aliquoting, and normalization.

Key Features and Capabilities:

Reagent Addition: Dispense up to 7 distinct reagents, with volumes ranging from (5µL to 100mL).

Workflow Automation: Performs serial dilutions, prepares calibration curves, adds internal standards, and normalizes sample volumes.

Corrosion Resistance: Built explicitly to withstand harsh environments, including concentrated hydrofluoric acid (HF). It uses acid-resistant Kydex housing, PFA probes, and fluoropolymer tubing.

Unattended Operation: Allows labs to batch samples and automate pipetting, freeing up technicians to perform higher-value tasks.

Calibration: System calibration complies with ISO 8655-5 and is compliant with ISO 17025 standards.

Primary Applications:

Trace Metal Analysis: Simplifies sample preparation prior to analysis on AA, ICP-OES, and ICP-MS instruments.
