Pharmacia LKB VacuGene Vacuum Blotting Pump

The Pharmacia VacuGene vacuum blotting pump is used in a VacuGene XL system (not included) to provide a low pressure vacuum to transfer nucleic acids from a gel to a transfer membrane. DNA and RNA fragments separated by agarose gel electrophoresis can be transferred, ensuring that optimal results are obtained even from genomic DNA digests. Vacuum range: 0-100 mbar. Environment: + 4 to +40 °C; 20 - 95% relative humidity.  Comes as seen in photos.
