CBS Scientific TDGS-8004 Two Dimentional Genetic Screening System

Two-dimensional gene scanning (TDGS) is a high-resolution system for detecting mutational variants in multiple genes in parallel. TDGS is based on a combination of extensive multiplex polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and two-dimensional (2-D) DNA electrophoresis.

This system incorporates the PolyScience 7306 (OptiAnalyzer 8008) circulator. The immersion circulator provides exceptional liquid heat control to within 0.09 °F (0.05 °C ). Water circulation provides maximum consistency (compared to non-stirred devices). Three pre-set buttons select frequently used temperatures, fast and foolproof. Set or adjust fas temperature at the touch of a button. Liquid heating controls up to 300°F (150°C). High and low pump speeds provide precise control over the circulation of the liquid.
