Agilent 2100 (G2938B) BioAnalyzer DNA Chip Reader

The Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer is a microfluidics-based platform for sizing, quantification, and quality control of DNA, RNA, proteins, and cells on a single platform. Results from the bioanalyzer system are delivered within 30-40 minutes in automated, high-quality digital data. The Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer is the industry standard for proteins, cells, DNA, and RNA sample QC and has replaced labor-intensive gel electrophoresis for this application. The Electrophoresis Cartridge (NOT INCLUDED) allows for precise investigation of nucleic acid samples and various types of samples can be analyzed such as total RNA, large and small DNA fragments, Micro RNA, and labeled RNA. 

This Agilent 2100 (Model G2938B) Bioanalyzer DNA Chip Reader is designed to provide sizing, quantitation, and quality control of DNA, RNA, proteins and cells on a single platform for high quality digital data. Requiring minimal sample consumption of 1 to 4 µL, the 2100 Bioanalyzer provides a complete solution capable of exchanging cartridges for electrophoresis and flow cytometry as well as exchangeable cartridges for electrophoresis only.
