Varian DS 602 Rotary Vacuum Pump with Varian Oil Filter (17.6cfm)

Price is for one Varian DS 602 vacuum pump. Each pump is in good working order and includes a Varian 949-9392 oil mist filter and a hose with clamp.

The DS-602 is a dual-stage, oil-sealed rotary vane pump that delivers a pumping speed of 25.0 L/min / 17.6 CFM, and a base pressure of < 2 x 10-3 mbar. The DS-602 operates at a very quiet sound pressure, and is available with either a 'universal-voltage' single-phase 0.9 kW motor, with integral power switch, or optional three-phase motor.

An inlet isolation valve is integrated into the pump to close off the inlet port whenever power to the pump is interrupted. This antibackstream valve maintains vacuum in the roughing, or fore-line, and prevents pump oil from contaminating the vacuum chamber. The DS-602 has a manual gas-ballast valve, that when opened, allows the pump to achieve its rated water-vapor handling specification of 550 gr/hr.
