The Varian HS 602 pump features a pumping speed of 17.6 CFM (605 l/min) at 60 Hz, utilizes forced-feed lubrication for efficiency, and includes an integrated inlet isolation valve to prevent oil contamination, with a base pressure of <2 x 10-3 mbar.
