Biochrom Ultrospec 4300 Pro UV-Visible Spectrophotometer (190 to 1100nm)

This Biochrom Ultrospec 4300 pro UV-visible spectrophotometer is in good working order with an 8-place multi-cell carousel sample holder installed. This unit also includes a sipper module (P/N 80-2112-15) with the required 10mm single cell holder (P/N 80-2106-05) and user manual CDs (as seen in photos). Software is NOT included.

The Biochrom Ultrospec 4300 pro UV-visible spectrophotometer is designed for high resolution scanning for assessment of impurities in sample preparations with bandwidth of less than 1.8 nm. It provides accurate and reliable resolution, stability, wavelength accuracy and reproducibility necessary for detailed spectral scanning.

The Sipper unit is an integrated, rapid sampling accessory that facilitates quick and easy sample handling, with no need to change cells between measurements. It comprises a peristaltic pump, pump tubing and a 10mm pathlength UV silica flowcell. It is easily fitted into the spacious sample compartment of the spectrophotometer and is controlled from the instrument keypad. The robust design of the pump means that different types of tubing can be installed for the sampling of aggressive solvents.
